InCent-LGD Diamond-Engraving Machine “VAJRĀNK”
Full fabrication and assembly of a femtosecond-laser subsurface diamond-engraving machine, carrying the Government of India / Ministry of Commerce & Industry emblem — granite optomechanical structure, XY/Z stages and cage optics inside a laser-safety enclosure.
Torque-Sensing & Industry-4.0 Logging
Retrofit torque sensing through a specialised socket-adapter and slip-ring sensor unit — raw signals converted to calibrated newton-metres and streamed over MQTT to the plant's IIoT layer and SCADA, live on the production line.
Automated Deburring Machine
A bespoke special-purpose machine that automatically deburrs precision fuel-injector parts — concept scheme, detailed 3D CAD, machined and fabricated components, working prototypes and a machine-vision inspection routine.
